Proof of damage such as photos may be required. We do not offer refunds for opened or used products, change of mind, or incorrect product selection. In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 8–11 business days within South Africa. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please note we currently only ship within South Africa.
